What this is
ShiftListing is a small passion project — a curated list of enthusiast cars with editorial write-ups. It started because finding genuinely interesting cars for sale shouldn't be so hard.
The idea
There are a lot of car listing sites out there. This isn't trying to compete with any of them. ShiftListing is more like a friend texting you a link and saying "have you seen this one?" — except the friend has a bit of context and writes it all down.
Every listing gets a proper write-up: model history, what makes this specific example worth considering, and a take on whether the asking price is reasonable. No filler, no fluff.
It's a fun thing to work on. Hopefully it's useful to someone out there hunting for something cool.
How it works
We don't try to list everything — just the cars that actually made us stop scrolling. If it's interesting, it's in. If it's not, it isn't.
Every find gets a proper write-up: why this car, why this example, and whether the ask makes sense. The stuff a spec sheet can't tell you.
No ads, no affiliate links, no dealer relationships. This is just a project built by someone who likes cars and wanted a better way to find them.
